The role Join us to raise the bar for low‐code engineering, where your ability to make complex ideas easy to use—especially within the functional logic of ACTICO—will truly matter. You will develop scalable applications, elevate engineering standards, and ensure smooth, reliable releases in close partnership with Test/Release Management. You'll mentor developers, drive CI/CD and automation, and help ensure our solutions remain secure, compliant, and resilient—so we can deliver faster and safer, leveraging both innovation and stability. You will be joining a young and solution‐driven team collaborating in an agile setup. In this role you will be responsible for Design and evolve complex ACTICO solutions (rules, workflows, integrations) with a strong focus on scalability, observability, reliability, and maintainability. Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans, challenging assumptions and recommending improved patterns where beneficial. Act as the guardian of development guidelines: keep standards up to date, promote best practices (e.g., peer reviews), and ensure consistent application across development teams. Lead code quality, testing excellence, and secure‐by‐default engineering practices, fostering a continuous‐improvement culture in both tools and ways of working. Be the bridge between Development and Test/Release Management (e.g., JIRA/Xray): ensure delivery scope aligns with release packages, monitor build pipelines, and guarantee that all components are in the correct stream at the right time for INT/CONS. Safeguard the stability of INT environments during testing periods by coordinating development activities and ensuring alignment with ongoing release plans. Drive automation across build, test, and deployment processes to increase delivery speed and system reliability. Evolve CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enhance consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency. Unite and uplift the DEV team: identify skill gaps, drive knowledge‐sharing initiatives, and empower developers to build high‐quality, scalable solutions. Coach other developers on design decisions, troubleshooting, and quality gates; foster an open, high‐communication, "solve it together" culture. Maintain clear visibility of timelines, workflows, and delivery processes; be the go‐to contact for release, testing, and deployment topics, and lead issue‐resolution for DEV‐owned items. Partner with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to adopt new ACTICO capabilities and ensure compliance with group standards and governance policies. We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be: 5–8 years of software development, including low‐code or rules/workflow solutions; ACTICO experience is highly desirable (we'll support ramp‐up if you're new to the platform). Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Java or another modern language, or experience on another low‐code platform. Hands‐on build & deployment and CI/CD experience (e.g. GitLab CI) with artifact/version discipline and automated quality gates. Delivery and test management with JIRA and Xray (or similar is desirable); confident with Git and peer‐review practices. Strong technical influencing skills, with the ability to set standards and bring contributors together around solution quality and delivery goal and timelines. Fluent English and excellent communication—able to simplify complexity, give clear direction, and keep stakeholders aligned and updated. What we Offer Long-term contract.
