About the Role As an International Recruiter at Hira Talent, you will: Source, engage and interview Dutch-speaking candidates across Europe Manage the full recruitment process from first contact to placement Work closely with international clients (BPO, Tech, Customer Support, Sales)Support candidates planning an international relocation and new life abroad Act as a trusted advisor throughout the candidate journey Represent Hira Talent's values: human, transparent, performance-driven Contribute to the growth of our Lisbon hub and international community Be part of one of the most active expat & talent communities in Europe This role is perfect for someone who loves people, enjoys sales & communication, and wants to build a real international career in a fast-growing environment.
