Candidates must already live within approximately 30 km of Porto.
ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented French speakers to join a customer support team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
Assist customers and respond to their enquiries.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Deliver friendly, personalized, and professional customer experiences.
Contribute to customer satisfaction and team performance.
Represent the company positively through effective communication.
Previous customer service experience is welcome but not essential. Candidates from different professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
BONUS OPPORTUNITIES
Welcome bonus after completing the initial employment period.

REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in French.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Customer-oriented and proactive attitude.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
Must currently live in or around Porto (within approximately 30 km).
