Do you see yourself within these values?Founded in 2006 with the mission "To Challenge Complexity", Closer Consulting is a Data Science company specializing in Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.Developing projects in the most diverse industries – Banking, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Retail, Energy, Insurance, and Aviation, among others –, we have created an environment where the brightest enquiring minds feel at home, providing our people with the means, opportunities and support they need to thrive and innovate.We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Porto.Are you the one?We believe we are the ones to, by:ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and MVC.Develop and consume web services and APIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.Work with relational databases, with a strong focus on SQL Server.Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.Participate in Agile development processes, including SCRUM ceremonies.Troubleshoot, analyze, and solve complex technical problems.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in an international environment.RequirementsDegree in Computer Science or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft development tools.Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and MVC.Solid knowledge of Web Services, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Good command of SQL and experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server.Ability to adapt to technologically complex environments.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Availability to travel internationally.Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.Nice to HavePrevious experience working with SCRUM / Agile methodologies.Experience in international or multicultural teams.What We OfferOpportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects.Collaborative and international work environment.Continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.Competitive compensation package.If you believe in this match as much as we do, send us your CV to ines.pedro@closer.pt and reach the closer side of life.Closer is a company that values diversity and inclusion.
