We are looking for a Data Expert / Databricks to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon or Porto. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the modernization of data platforms , migrating legacy systems to Databricks Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines Implement ETL/ELT processes , from source system acquisition to ingestion using a Medallion architecture or similar Work extensively with Databricks to process and transform large volumes of data Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across data platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions Optimize data workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Enable data-driven decision-making by supporting reliable analytics and reporting (Depending on the project) Support technology conversion initiatives using GenAI Required Qualifications Professional experience with Databricks (mandatory; level adjusted for Junior, Mid-level, or Senior profiles)Strong foundation in data engineering concepts and best practices Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data ingestion Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory)English proficiency at B2 level or higher Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site)Why Join Us?Contract Type: Indefinite / Employment or B2B, depending on your preference Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage to support your well-being Hybrid Work Model: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote Continuous Learning: Access to a Udemy Business subscription with thousands of courses and workshops Team Culture: A collaborative, people-first environment focused on growth and knowledge sharing If you meet the above criteria and are ready for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment, submit your CV
