This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a keen understanding of corporate governance principles. Main tasks and responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes. Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects and initiatives. Collaborate with various departments to design and deploy change management initiatives. Support the governance framework by ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders. Monitor impacts through dashboards and KPI design. Technical Skills: Proven experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel, capacity to prioritize the activities Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to foster team spirit Language Skills: Fluent English (C1-C2) Soft Skills: Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and high sense of rigor and organization Ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts to a senior audience Proactiveness and ability to leverage on transversal networks Ability to work in a changing environment / Adaptability
