At People to People, we are the Hypers: we believe quality is not a phase of the project, it is an attitude. We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the Functional Delivery & Quality team. More than just running tests, you will help us define how we test: processes, automation and knowledge sharing. Задачи

Help define and improve QA processes, strategies and standards Implement and maintain automated tests, integrated into CI/CD Train and support colleagues in testing and automation best practices Test Salesforce solutions (Flows, permissions, integrations, APIs) and support UAT with clients. This is not a QA vacancy for websites or apps. We are looking for experience with Salesforce or similar platforms (Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, SAP, HubSpot). 3+ years of QA experience, in Salesforce or another CRM/enterprise platform; Experience defining testing processes, not just executing them; Experience in automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Testim, Provar...); Experience in Agile/Scrum, with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar; Enjoy sharing knowledge; Fluent in Portuguese and English.
