Supply Chain Systems & Analytics Director Supply Chain Systems & Analytics Director Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Drive and implement the GPS system and processes strategy within allocated area of responsibility, Reporting, Process or Systems. Accountable for the performance and accuracy of systems in close collaboration with operational and Tech counterparts. Represent GPS in companywide strategic programs and projects. Lead internal projects delivering on time and in budget

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and collaborate within assigned value steps and responsibiities in S4 and IBP implementation programs. Define and create process proposals and align with stakeholders for sign off

Acountable for the delivery of assigned internally and externally driven projects ensuring the GPS and SCM strategies are adhered to. Ensure resources are secured and progress and results are well communicated

Responsible for driving and influencing GPS teams and other functional partners to evaluate existing processes and continuously improve considering best practices, simplification, and harmonization opportunities within the relevant teams

Monitor and govern the GPS system portfolio ensuring performance to defined levels. Develop and drive reactive and proactive solutions to enable high performance and business continuity

Define and lead the implementation of Process Performance Indicators within assigned area of responsiobility to proactivly monitor process performance and compliance

Partner with operational teams and GPS stakeholders on indepth analysis and system insight to resolve unforseen issues or to provide a bases for systamitic or process change

Oversee and govern the primary data, system configeration and data replication in preparation for operational execution and process accuracy

Provide clear direction, objectives and actively manage a team of subject matter experts and project managers. Ensure a positive and dynamic working atmosphere.

Knowledge,Skillsand Abilities:

Expert understanding of Power BI, SAP S4/IBPand Databricks

Strong understanding of Supply Chain principles and operating practices,logisticsterminology, basic finance, and management of cross functional interdependencies

Proven experience in leadingplanning, purchasing, fulfillmentprojectson global and/or market levelincludingrespectiveprocessskillsand business background

Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal) at all levels of the organization

Strongteamplayer with proven ability to work cross functionally to achieve objectives

Ability to influence partners both within GPS and other functional groups to build consensus and understanding

Ability to be self-directed under tight timelines

Ability to coach, guide, manage and develop direct reports

Ability to understand and use data to make decisions and influence outcomes

Advanced MS office skills and ability to learn and use internal systems and reporting tools(e.g.SAP APO (SNP), SAPAFS/GPS,SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, MSTR, UiPath)

International work experience is an advantage

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration,logistics, planning, information systems from an accredited college or university

Strongbusinessbackground inthe areas of planning,purchasing andfulfillment

8+ years of experience in supply chain managementwith team leadexpertise

Proven experience with process redesigning
