Emagine is currently looking for an Experienced Cloud Engineer (AWS) to join a long-term assignment. This is a strategic opportunity to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions within a dynamic and international environment, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across global systems.The selected professional will work closely with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to design and support AWS-based infrastructure, automate deployment processes, and promote best practices in cloud engineering and observability.Your main responsibilities:Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform/Terragrunt and Ansible.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins.Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (preferably with Helm Charts).Configure and maintain monitoring and observability solutions (Grafana, Kibana, DataDog, or CloudWatch).Support networking, security, and CDN configuration (CloudFront and/or Akamai).Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement of operational performance.Collaborate with stakeholders and guide teams on DevOps methodologies and best practices.Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.You bring:Proven experience managing AWS Cloud Infrastructure in production environments.Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices.Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.Proficiency in Bash, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for scripting and automation.Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, DataDog, CloudWatch).Experience with CI/CD setup and AWS account/network configuration.Excellent understanding of Linux/Unix systems and troubleshooting methodologies.Proficiency in English (spoken and written) – it should feel like a second language.Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to learn and share knowledge.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in international, cross-functional teams.
