Support a leading European low-cost airline by managing passenger legal claims and working closely with its legal department. Enjoy a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule, weekends off and a position without inbound customer calls

Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 – Weekends Off

Your Responsibilities

Handle passenger legal claims

and compensation requests related to airline services.

Work with lawyers, legal officers and national enforcement bodies to assess claims.

Review documentation and ensure passengers' rights are respected.

Manage case follow-ups and maintain accurate records.

Support the airline's legal department with daily back-office operations.

What We're Looking For

Strong written communication and organisational skills

Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently and within a team

Living in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon

What We Offer

€1,000 gross monthly salary (14 payments per year)

Monday to Friday – Weekends Off

No inbound calls – Back Office only

Full-time employment, 40 hours per week

Initial training provided

Paid training from day one
