We're Hiring | Senior QA Automation Engineer (Tosca)We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join an international project within a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex systems with global impact, where quality, reliability, and automation are critical to business success.As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in defining and executing the automation strategy, using Tosca to ensure high standards of software quality across multiple applications and platforms. You will collaborate closely with international development, product, and DevOps teams, contributing to continuous testing practices and supporting efficient delivery cycles.Your key responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases and frameworks using ToscaAnalyze requirements and translate them into effective test strategiesIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesExecute functional, regression, and end-to-end tests in complex environmentsIdentify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teamsActively contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and best practicesWhat we're looking for:Strong experience as a QA Automation Engineer in enterprise or international environmentsProven hands-on expertise with ToscaSolid understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworksExperience working with agile teams and global stakeholdersStrong communication skills and a proactive, quality-driven mindsetWhat we offer:Participation in a long-term international projectExposure to global teams and large-scale systemsA collaborative and quality-focused engineering cultureHybrid work model offering flexibility and balanceLocation: LisbonWork model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)Ready to take the next step in your QA Automation career?
