Find out more about us at Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst – French Speaker to join one of our biggest clients, a multinational financial services company with a strong presence in the insurance and actuarial sector. Come energize your future with usLocation: Offices in Porto (hybrid)What you will do: Provide training and support to end-users and actuarial teams Work within an agile squad to design and implement systems for data management, risk modeling, and reporting Participate in agile rituals and support the Product Owner in managing business needs Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support development and testing phases Monitor business processes, manage support requests and incidents, and ensure quality through non-regression testing What you are like: Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+4/5) in Computer Science or related field At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, insurance, or actuarial sectors Expert in Excel with VBA, SQL, Jira, and ServiceNow Practical knowledge of software testing, ITIL 4, ALM-Octane, Gherkin, and BDD Optional knowledge of .NET, SQL, and Visio Fluent in English and French (both at expert level)Client-oriented, autonomous, adaptable, and an excellent communicator Why join us: Work on challenging projects for big clients Learn more about emerging technologies Possibility of working remotely Design your career plan Access to continuous training and certifications Evolve through our internal mobility program ... and much more
