The company currently has more than 950 professionals in the different areas in which it operates.Neotalent, the responsive people.Find out more about us atRole Overview:We are looking for a Business Analyst – French Speaker to join one of our biggest clients, a multinational financial services company with a strong presence in the insurance and actuarial sector.If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of risk, reporting, and reinsurance solutions in a dynamic and agile environment, grow with a team of passionate specialists, and make a difference, we have the ideal project for your career.Come energize your future with usLocation: Offices in Porto (hybrid)What you will do:Provide training and support to end-users and actuarial teamsWork within an agile squad to design and implement systems for data management, risk modeling, and reportingParticipate in agile rituals and support the Product Owner in managing business needsWrite user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support development and testing phasesMonitor business processes, manage support requests and incidents, and ensure quality through non-regression testingWhat you are like:Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+4/5) in Computer Science or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, insurance, or actuarial sectorsExpert in Excel with VBA, SQL, Jira, and ServiceNowPractical knowledge of software testing, ITIL 4, ALM-Octane, Gherkin, and BDDOptional knowledge of .NET, SQL, and VisioFluent in English and French (both at expert level)Client-oriented, autonomous, adaptable, and an excellent communicatorWhy join us:Work on challenging projects for big clientsLearn more about emerging technologiesPossibility of working remotelyDesign your career planAccess to continuous training and certificationsEvolve through our internal mobility program... and much more
