HVAC Duct Installer

INFRASTONE Lda, a Portugal-based company specializing in construction and technical installations, is currently recruiting experienced HVAC Duct Installers to join our team. We are looking for responsible, motivated, and skilled professionals with practical experience in the installation, assembly, fitting, maintenance, and repair of HVAC ducting and ventilation systems for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. Main Responsibilities

- Installation and assembly of HVAC ducting and ventilation systems.
- Installation of galvanized steel, rectangular, circular, and flexible air ducts.
- Measuring, cutting, assembling, and fitting ductwork according to project specifications.
- Installation of duct supports, hangers, brackets, and accessories.
- Connection of ductwork to ventilation and air distribution equipment.
- Installation of air grilles, diffusers, dampers, and other ventilation components.
- Application of duct sealing and insulation materials where required.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, HVAC layouts, and installation plans.
- Identifying and resolving ductwork installation problems.
- Performing maintenance, repair, and modification of existing ventilation duct systems.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace safety procedures and quality standards.

Previous practical experience in HVAC duct installation, assembly, or ventilation system installation. Knowledge of galvanized steel, rectangular, circular, and flexible ducting systems. Ability to measure, cut, assemble, and install ductwork accurately. Ability to read and interpret HVAC technical drawings and installation plans. Experience using ductwork installation tools and equipment safely. Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team. Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Availability to work at different construction sites. Legal authorization to work in Portugal. Full-time employment contract in accordance with applicable Portuguese labour legislation. Salary based on professional experience, practical knowledge, technical skills, and interview performance. Standard working schedule of 40 hours per week. Occasional overtime depending on project requirements, compensated in accordance with applicable Portuguese labour legislation.
