Lisbon, Portugal Beeva Tempo integral

Shape how our products look, feel and behave - from the first whiteboard sketch through to a design system engineers can build from.

What you'll do

Take product problems from research and discovery through to shipped, polished interfaces.

Build and maintain design systems in Figma that survive contact with a real codebase.

Prototype interactions and pressure-test them with real users before we build them.

Pair with engineers through implementation - you own the result, not just the mockup.

Bring a point of view to product strategy; we want a designer who argues, not one who decorates.

What we're looking for

3+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio that shows the thinking and not just the final screens.

Fluent in Figma, including components, variables and auto-layout at scale.

You understand the front-end well enough to know what is cheap and what is expensive to build.

Experience running usability tests and folding what you learn back into the work.

Based in or able to commute to Lisbon two days a week.

What we offer

A studio that treats design as a first-class discipline, not a service desk.

Two days a week in a bright Lisbon office, the rest wherever you work best.

Hardware, software and a yearly budget for courses and conferences.

25 days of holiday plus Portuguese public holidays.
