Help English-speaking talent build international careers. Hira Talent is recruiting an International Recruiter to support the development of our English-speaking recruitment activity.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Fully remote from Portugal, with opportunities to meet the team in Lisbon.
- Freelance collaboration with full-time availability.
- Fixed compensation plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. Amounts and conditions will be discussed during the selection process.
YOUR ROLE
- Source and engage English-speaking candidates for customer service and technical support opportunities.
- Interview candidates in English and assess their communication, experience, motivations and availability.
- Guide candidates through the selection process and maintain responsive follow-up.
- Keep candidate records up to date and collaborate with the Hira Talent team.
YOUR PROFILE
- English at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, organisation and candidate follow-up skills.
- A proactive, results-focused approach and confidence working remotely.
- Recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Based in Portugal and available for a full-time freelance collaboration.
