We are looking for a Junior Area Manager to support the execution of Sogrape Wines' long-term growth strategy across international markets.Are you ready to turn strategy into action and grow in an international commercial role?Working closely with the Senior Area Manager, you will contribute to marketing plans, support commercial execution, and help strengthen brand presence across On- and Off-Premise channels.This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to international markets and work closely with key partners within a global wine company.Your main responsibilities:Develop sales plans and commercial budgets with guidance from the Senior Area ManagerMonitor forecasts, performance, and market opportunities with local partnersBuild strong relationships with importers, distributors, and key accounts (Key Account Management)Support field teams and coordinate sell-through across On- and Off-Premise channelsIdentify brand, portfolio, and target account opportunitiesServe as a product ambassador, sharing brand features, benefits, and heritageSupport trade shows, events, activations, and client or media visitsPrepare reports, activity summaries, and monitor market P&LsWhat we are looking for:Degree in Management or similar1–3 years of experience in sales, ideally in FMCGFluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese and/or French are a plus)Strong interest in business development and salesAbility to work autonomously, with solid planning and prioritization skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ease working in multicultural environmentsHigh standards of professionalism, responsibility, and ethicsWilling and able to travel and work frequently in the marketsWhat we have to offer:Work with a specialized team in a global family wine company with a strong international presence in more than 120 marketsHybrid working model and additional vacation daysExclusive access to our top-quality wines and great brandsExclusive access to wine tourism experiences at our propertiesSpecialized wine training at the Sogrape Wine AcademyHealth Insurance, Sogrape Pension Plan, Flexible Benefits Plan, and wellness initiativesProfessional development opportunitiesThank you for your application.
