We are looking for an

Help Desk Consultant

to provide on-site IT support to end users across multiple customer locations in the

Mozelos

area.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site IT support to end users at customer locations.

Travel between customer sites within the designated service area as required.

Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues on desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.

Install and configure operating system images on PCs and laptops.

Support network infrastructure activities, including rack and cabling tasks.

Assist with the installation and maintenance of industrial IT equipment.

Resolve IT incidents and service requests both on-site and remotely whenever applicable.

Record, update, and manage support tickets with detailed information regarding actions performed and solutions implemented.

Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

Solid knowledge of

Microsoft Windows

operating systems.

Good understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.

Basic knowledge of computer networking.

Experience providing end-user IT support.

Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

Experience with PC and laptop deployment and imaging processes.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
