Concierge Assistant
- Lisbon, Portugal We are hiring a motivated Concierge Assistant to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various concierge tasks. This position is ideal for candidates without prior experience who are looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.
Key responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures Provide recommendations and assist with bookings for local attractions, restaurants, and events Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus) Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed Must have legal authorization to work in Portugal (visa sponsorship available) High school diploma or equivalent education required
