PrimeIT is a leading company in the Technology sector, with over 19 years of experience delivering solutions across IT, Telecommunications, and Engineering. Specialised in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software Development, and Nearshore models, PrimeIT currently has a team of more than 2,350 professionals working on national and international projects across multiple technologies. We are looking for a Systems Integration Developer to join our teamMain responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain message-oriented integration solutions, primarily using TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE), with supporting Java development; Take ownership of assigned deliveries, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability; Contribute to the technical design and evolution of modern, API-driven integration solutions; Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions; Follow and promote best practices in coding, documentation, and CI/CD; Participate in application support activities during business hours Required profile: Proven experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 6 or Container Edition) and TIBCO EMS; Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot; Solid understanding of integration patterns, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging systems; Experience with Docker and container-based environments; Fluent English, written and spoken (minimum C1 level – mandatory); Nice to have: Experience with Kafka, MQ Series, or other enterprise messaging platforms; Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Maven, and Jenkins; Experience with relational databases (Oracle or similar); Knowledge of Angular or other frontend technologies; What we offer: Health insurance and additional benefits; Training and professional development plan; Career progression opportunities; A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
