Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a similar field; <>Minimum ofli 6 years of professional experience as a Python Developer; Proven experience as a Lead Developer; Strong proficiency in the Django framework; Solid knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD); Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools and related methodologies; Solid experience in refactoring, simple design and clean architecture principles; Experience with Agile methodologies and team collaboration practices; Fluency in English; Leadership skills, attention to detail and a strong interest in continuous learning. Responsibilities
Implement Test Driven Development (TDD), ensuring high standards of code quality and reliability; Drive continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines; Perform refactoring, following simple design and clean architecture principles; Promote team collaboration through pair programming, daily stand-ups, code reviews, sprint reviews and retrospectives; Design and maintain resilient architectures, ensuring scalability and performance.
