Are you looking to grow professionally while working from the comfort of your home in Portugal?We're recruiting on behalf of one of Switzerland's largest telecommunications companies, and we're looking for motivated professionals to join their Customer Retention Team — remotely.If you're ready for a new challenge, bring your talent and join us ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Support Agent in the retention line, your primary mission is to retain customers and ensure their satisfaction by:Addressing customer complaints, billing issues, and service concernsIdentifying cancellation reasons and proposing tailored solutionsOffering promotions, discounts, or upgrades to maintain customer loyaltyCreating a positive customer experience and reinforcing brand trust RequirementsFluency in German and English (spoken and written)Strong communication and persuasion skillsPrevious sales experience is a plusCall center or customer service experienceSolution-oriented mindset and customer-centric approachStrong PC literacy and ability to work with various systemsResidency in Portugal and ability to work remotelyCommitment to a long-term project What We OfferFull paid training (1 month): Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pmBase salary: €900 gross/month ×14Performance bonus: up to €360/month ×12Language allowance: €150/month (English) + €350/month (German) ×13Meal allowance: €9.60/day worked ×11 monthsFlex work allowance: €60/month ×11Health insurance starting from the 3rd monthFully remote position with all equipment providedLocation: Anywhere in Portugal (Remote)Ready to deliver exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic international environment?
