We collaborate with clients to drive innovation, ensuring project success and business growth.DECSKILL BOOST: Equipping our team with the latest tools and methodologies, we optimize Time-to-Market and deliver innovative solutions exceeding client expectations.DECSKILL CONNECT: Our team collaborates closely with clients to implement and manage IT infrastructures that generate long-term value.At Decskill, we believe that by nurturing and empowering our people to confront the challenges of digital transformation, we create value not only for our clients but also for our entire ecosystem, fostering a digital community dedicated to growth and progress.We are looking for an IT Production Support AS/400Responsabilities:Provide L1/L2 support to application, system and batch related issues on the respective AS400 [primary] , Unix/Windows [secondary] environments used by the different domains in Wealth Management.Monitor Production batches and infra components.Ensure batch related issues are attended and resolved on time.Escalate timely to Head of APS on possible risks, escalation matters and management issues.Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap.Review and create application Support knowledge articles.Ensuring that all production deliverables are aligned with bank standards and best practices.Identify and propose automation wherever possible to improve system availability, productivity, and performance.Requirements:AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skillsStrong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysisFamiliar with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plusCore Banking (Olympic / Transact / others)ITIL experience.Strong critical thinker with problem solving approach.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to continually update and enhance skillsHigh level of persistence, can-do attitude & pro-activenessGood level of english.If you're interested in this job, please send your CV to cesaltina.abreu@decskill.com with reference "CA/ITProductionSupportAS/400".Thank YouDecskill is committed to equality and non-discrimination with all our talents.
