We are looking for an experienced IT Functional Analyst (MOA) to join a Risk IT team responsible for Credit Risk and Regulatory Reporting systems supporting leasing and factoring activities.This role acts as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring functional alignment, high-quality deliveries, and operational continuity of business-critical applications.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Analysis & Project SupportGather, analyze, and formalize business requirementsWrite Functional Specifications / High-Level Functional DesignsDefine test strategies and prepare detailed test plansOrganize, coordinate, and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Prepare and document project steering committees and follow-up materialsDefine and maintain functional roadmapsCoordination & DeliveryCoordinate and monitor external service centersReview, validate, and monitor project deliverablesEnsure quality control across functional and technical deliveriesFacilitate and lead workshops and working sessions with stakeholdersRun & Application SupportContribute to application support and ensure operational continuityManage corrective maintenance and functional evolutions autonomouslyAnalyze incidents and production issuesCreate and track business tickets (ServiceNow) and user stories (JIRA)Provide functional support to end usersApplication & Technical EnvironmentDatabases and data-processing systemsData integration and outbound data flowsDevelopment technologies: PL/SQL and JavaRequired Skills & ExperienceFunctional & Business SkillsSolid experience in Financial Services, ideally in Risk or Regulatory domainsStrong background in business analysis and functional designProven experience with UAT preparation and executionAbility to analyze data and ensure data consistency and qualityUnderstanding of IT project lifecycle and production monitoringTechnical SkillsOracle SQL DeveloperMicrosoft SQL Server ManagementSAS GuideGitLabWinSCPMethodologies & ToolsAgile methodologiesServiceNow and JIRAMS Word, Excel, PowerPointISTQB / ECBA knowledge or certification is a plusLanguage:English: B1French: B2Hybrid Work: 2/3x in the office in Lisbon
