With our exceptionally talented & diverse team, and our A+ client portfolio, the world is our oysterWe are looking for a SEO Specialist to join our teamRESPONSIBILITIESPerform basic keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunitiesResearch content recommendations for organic SEO successCreate reports by using different SEO tools and/or website crawling to measure SEO performanceCreate dashboards to visualize the search-related data for decision making purposesEnsure that newly created or existing pages meet the basic SEO standards and contain the optimized HTML elements. Analyze the ranking reports and measure pages for branded and non-branded keywordsUse complex data, tools, and technology to perform non-routine SEO tasks.
Analyze problems with appropriate logic and fact-finding, begin to identify underlying issues, recognizes trends and cause-and-effect relationships. With some guidance performs complex business analysis. Train others and perform troubleshooting when errors occur. Presents non-complex business matters to internal and external stakeholdersContributes to possible solutions on moderately complex business issuesDemonstrates experience adjusting to new and different priorities.
Gives recommendations to copywriters to add new content or modify the existingProvide guidance and constructive feedback to less experienced staff and peersMay assign work to junior team membersMay be first point of contact for small/medium clientsQUALIFICATIONSConcrete insight into SEO principles: SEO check, website crawling, search performance analysis, keyword research and page optimizationDeep understanding of browser extensions for basic SEO check such as MozBar and SEO QuakeProven knowledge with Google Search ConsoleExperience in Google Keyword PlannerProven experience at least two SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, BrightEdge)Have at least two years of background in SEO departmentDeep understanding of programming languages like HTML and CSSKnowledge and experience in Microsoft ExcelWHAT WE OFFERRemote Work Model: We enhance flexibility, foster productivity, and facilitate a healthier work-life balance for our employeesMeal Allowance: We provide a meal card of €10.20 per workday.
