We are looking for a seasoned Senior Fullstack Developer who thrives at the intersection of robust backend logic and accessible frontend experiences.The RoleAs a Senior Developer at Near Partner, you won't just write code; you will mentor others, advocate for best practices, and ensure our applications are performant, scalable, and inclusive.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain fullstack features from database schema to UI components.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Advocate for and implement accessibility standards across the frontend.Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical specs.Technical SkillsFrontend Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. You should be comfortable managing complex state using Zustand.Backend Excellence: Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred) and Node.js to build and maintain scalable APIs.Relational Databases: Expert knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL. You should be proficient in schema design, complex joins, indexing strategies, and query optimization.Quality Assurance: A "test-first" mindset with hands-on experience in Jest (unit testing), Cypress (E2E testing), and UI component documentation via Storybook.Accessibility (a11y): Deep understanding of WCAG guidelines. You believe that "it isn't done until it's accessible," ensuring our tools work for everyone.Legacy Context: (Nice to Have) Experience with or knowledge of YUI (Yahoo User Interface).
