At Syone, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Strong soft skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.What you'll do:Facilitate the Agile development process.Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework.Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.Identify and remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and foster a collaborative and transparent work environment.Job requirementsWhat you will need to bring:Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies.Experience working with cross-functional teams.What can Syone offer me:Integration in an organization with profound and sustained growth and involvement in pioneering projects with innovative technological solutions;Strong IT training plans and Certifications;Professional evolution with intervention in ambitious technological projects, both national and internationally.
