We've raised €600K in pre-seed funding and are preparing for our next stage of growth and fundraising.The RoleWe're looking for a fractional Head of Finance who can operate at both strategic and operational levels. You'll own everything financial, from building the models that guide our decisions to making sure the plumbing works. This is a role for someone who has been inside early-stage DTC businesses.You'll work directly alongside the CEO as part of a small, fast-moving team. Equity possible for the right fit. Starting immediately.What You'll OwnStrategy & FundraisingFinancial forecasts, budgets, and cash-flow planningData room preparation and maintenance for upcoming raiseSupport on fundraising deck, scenarios, and business planPricing strategy including margins, royalties, and contribution profitContract review and commercial optimizationOperations & ExecutionKPI tracking across revenue funnels, translating data into decisionsCoordination with growth team on Meta ad spend and unit economicsAccountant liaison: invoices, expenses, reporting, VATSupplier payments and follow-upsEvaluation and implementation of subscription and payment systemsYouSenior finance experience in startups or scaling companiesStrong DTC / e-commerce and subscription backgroundFluent in ad budgets, unit economics, and growth metricsAutonomous executor, not just advisorFluent in EnglishBased in Europe; Lisbon a plusNice to HaveExperience in health, wellness, femtech, or regulated industriesFamiliarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, subscription platformsTo ApplySend a short note on why this role interests you, along with your CV.
