We are more than 500 consultants with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid.DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;DECSKILL CONNECT, through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers.We are looking for an Technician Production Support & Sys AdminResponsibilities:Support and monitor the cash equities execution platform to ensure stability and optimal performance Build and enhance monitoring to prevent and quickly resolve issues. Deploy production changes with precision ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining the integrity of the platform. Work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements. Manage incident including detailed analysis and reporting to maintain high service levels.Requirements:Application support experience. Core Unix/Linux skills.Knowledge of network technologies and protocols – specifically TCP and UDP.Basic scripting skills (Unix/Linux shell, Python, Perl for scripting, any other programming language, e.g. C, C++, Java).Basic SQL knowledge. SLog management: Splunk, ELK, Gray log, Loki.Network monitoring: Corvil.Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL/Maria DB, KDB/q. Messaging: Tibco, Solace, IBM MQ, LBM, Kafka.Observability and monitoring: ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana.Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana. Good level of english.
