Looking to build a greenfield electronic trading platform used by trading desks across Europe and the Americas?We're hiring a DevOps Engineer to join a high-impact initiative focused on modernizing electronic trading and pricing workflows within the Fixed Income space.This role offers rare exposure to business-critical trading systems, combining cloud engineering, DevOps excellence, and close collaboration with front-office stakeholders. Your MissionAs a DevOps Engineer, you'll help design, build, and operate a new-generation electronic trading platform, ensuring high software quality, scalability, and reliability in a latency-sensitive, global environment.You'll work closely with engineers and business sponsors to deliver a platform that directly supports trading performance and market responsiveness.️ What You'll DoDesign and operate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, deployment, and monitoringArchitect and optimize AWS-based cloud infrastructuresCollaborate with development teams to improve build and release processesImplement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (CloudFormation / Ansible a plus)Manage and optimize IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services with a strong focus on security and performanceProduce architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and operational standardsMonitor platform performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availabilityWork closely with security teams to enforce compliance and best practicesMentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to team-wide excellence Who You Are5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform EngineeringStrong hands-on expertise with AWSSolid experience with Docker & Kubernetes (ECS is a plus)Proven use of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)Comfortable scripting with Python and/or BashStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsFluent in English (Spanish is a plus)Nice to have:Development background (.NET, Python, Node.js)Experience with Redis, OpenSearch, RabbitMQExposure to agile delivery and modern software lifecycle practices Why Join This Opportunity?Build a greenfield trading platform from the ground upWork in close proximity with Fixed Income trading teamsJoin a high-visibility initiative with real technical ownershipInfluence architecture, tooling, and DevOps standards from day oneOperate in a global, high-performance financial environment What We ValueOwnership, energy, and accountabilityPragmatic, results-driven mindsetAbility to adapt across a broad technical scopeStrong analytical thinking and time managementClear, confident communication in international contexts Interested?
