Application SupportWe are looking for an Application Support professional to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovationLocation: Porto, PortugalMain Tasks:Support the setup and maintenance of RPA robots environments, ensuring operational stability.Escalate and follow up RPA production infrastructure issues, coordinating with relevant teams until resolution.Maintain an updated and accurate set of procedures and documentation supporting daily operations.Develop strong working relationships with infrastructure teams and RPA implementation teams, ensuring effective communication and adherence to established procedures.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced and evolving IT environment.Profile:Experienced professional with at least 2–3 years of experience in Application Support.Good understanding of IT environments, with automation/RPA knowledge considered a plus.Experience or exposure to the banking industry is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to incidents and operations.Client-oriented mindset with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.Proactive attitude and adaptability to changing and demanding environments.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to report clearly to management.Language Skills:Good level of English (spoken, written, and reading) is mandatory.French is a plus.Additional Information:Hybrid work regime – office in Porto.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Send your CV & join our team
