This role is not execution-heavy; it is focused on guidance, governance and technical leadership, working closely with development teams and security stakeholders.Location: Lisbon or Porto (hybrid)What you'll doGuide teams on Secure SDLC and Application Security best practicesSupport vulnerability management and risk prioritisationContribute to AppSec governance, standards and guidelinesAct as a trusted advisor to technical and non-technical stakeholdersSupport reporting and KPIs to assess AppSec maturityWhat we're looking forStrong background in Application Security in software environmentsSolid understanding of Secure SDLC (end-to-end) and shift-leftExperience with secure design, application architecture and CI/CDExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent EnglishWhy this role?A senior, high-impact position with real influence on how Application Security is applied across multiple teams and entities.
