Join the team of technologists that built and operate an industry leading FX ECN. You will manage and optimize mission-critical trading infrastructure to maintain high level of reliability and high performance. You will also be responsible for efficient adoption of cloud-based services. You will work directly with business leaders, developers and network engineers to support the trading system and improve its technology.Key Accountabilities:• Oversee FX trading infrastructure globally to ensure reliability and performance• Provide infrastructure expertise to the software development team• Collaborate with the Group infrastructure team to address FX business needs and ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures• Automate repetitive infrastructure tasks to achieve consistency in a heavily distributed environment• Responsible for researching emerging technologies and creating technology roadmap.Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:• Hands-on experience with Linux system administration (e.g. RHEL, SLES);• Familiarity with OS performance tuning for low-latency applications;• Knowledge of virtualization and container technologies;• Work experience with server hardware, data center build-outs, OS migrations• Comfortable with scripting languages (Python, shell, etc.);• Proven track record supporting mission-critical server infrastructure in production environments;• Familiarity with provisioning tools(Ansible, Puppet) is a plus;• Windows, NAS administration is a plus;• Strong desire to learn new technologies.Hybrid Model: 3x Week ONSITE
