About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Luxury Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead and expand a high-performing buyers' division within the mid-market and luxury residential real estate space. This leadership position is designed for a proven sales professional who thrives on building teams, driving performance, and delivering an exceptional client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate a team of buyers' agents focused on mid to high-end residential properties.Set, track, and achieve ambitious sales targets across the team.Recruit, train, and develop agents to consistently perform at a high level.Implement effective sales strategies to grow market share in the mid-market and luxury segments.Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide guidance on complex, high-value transactions.Collaborate with leadership to shape growth initiatives and refine client service standards.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience managing a high-producing real estate team.Demonstrated success in the mid-market and luxury residential sector.Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.Excellent negotiation, coaching, and client relationship skills.Based in or open to relocating to Porto; hybrid working model available.Fluency in English required; Portuguese a strong advantage.What's OfferedCompetitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.Opportunity to lead a key division in a fast-growing market.Collaborative, international environment with hybrid flexibility.Access to premium listings and established client networks.
