We're Tech Mahindra, a multinational Technology Company with 30 years of experience and with more than 141.000 associate providing Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing Services.We are currently looking for a Quality Analyst to our project.As a Quality Analyst, you will need to identify and rate various types of content (audio, video, text, and photos) as per the defined policies and guidelines. Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of Ads campaigns to identify areas for improvement. The responsibility includes review and rating user generated content in the Ads environment, providing written explanation, along with ensuring that it adheres to the client provided guidelines.Roles and ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and rate various content types, including audio, video, text, and photos ranging from normal to mildly egregious contentAssess Ads content for accuracy, factuality, relevance, precision quality, helpfulness and alignment with policies and guidelinesOversee the quality assurance process for all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet the company's standards and client expectationsRate and provide clear reasoning while ensuring adherence to guidelinesEnsure consistency in rating decisionsParticipate in internal trainingAttend calibration sessions / callsSupporting other projects outside of your core project, as and when requiredRe-writing prompts or responsesSkills Requirements & QualificationsFinnish NativeEnglish Fluent (B2/C1)Basic level computer handling skills (along with a typing speed of 25-30 words per minute)Comfortable with G suite, especially Google SheetsExcellent in verbal & writing skills with the ability to present reasoning in a clear, concise, and logical mannerKnowledge of established guidelines and best practices for content moderationExperience in evaluating and comparing content from different sourcesDetail oriented, rigorous, analytical skills to assess content factuality, relevance, and alignment with user intentResearch skills to evaluate content accuracy and identify trustworthy sourcesCritical thinking skills to identify biases, inconsistencies, and limitationsAttention to detail to review content as per ethical / legal standardsOur offer:Base salary above averageMeal allowance (9,13€ per day worked, in meal card)Healthcare and Dental Insurance (since day one)Work from Office in OeirasTransport allowance or ShuttleFixed schedule (Monday to Friday, business hours)1 year of ContractOur cultural values are Driving positive Change, Celebrating each moment and Empowering all to rise.Regardless of whether you are a career changer * or an IT expert *: Apply now with your résumé and become part of the Tech Mahindra family - we look forward to seeing youTech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
