Workster is partnering with a leading provider of digital healthcare solutions to recruit a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor for their offices in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting healthcare professionals, ensuring they are confident and successful in using the company's software and services.This is a great opportunity to join a growing team focused on innovation, collaboration, and delivering outstanding customer experience within the digital health sector.Your RoleGuide and support healthcare professionals by phone, responding to incoming queries and making proactive follow-up callsDeliver remote training sessions to ensure users feel confident navigating the platformHandle requests received via email and ticketing systems, ensuring fast and accurate resolutionAdvise customers on product features and usage, resolving doubts and helping them make the most of the softwareCollaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback on recurring issuesMaintain clear documentation of client interactions in internal systemsContribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing customer insights with the relevant teamsYour QualificationsFluent in French (C2)Previous experience in a customer service or tech support role is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with providing phone-based training and guidanceProactive mindset with a problem-solving attitudeAbility to multitask and manage workload efficientlyTech-savvy and able to learn new tools and software quicklyEligible to work in PortugalThe OfferExcellent remuneration package based on experience and performanceMeal allowance includedPrivate health insuranceLife insuranceFull training and onboarding providedA supportive and dynamic environment in a fast-growing healthcare tech company
