Find out more about us at www.neotalent.pt.Role Overview: We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join one of our biggest clients, a solid and dynamic international insurance company with strong operations in Portugal.If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to digital innovation in the insurance sector, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive the success of impactful IT projects, we have the ideal challenge for your career.Come energize your future with usWhat you will do: • Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are achieved. • Manage stakeholders, teams, and project risks with a proactive and structured approach. • Contribute to the implementation of innovative technological solutions and new processes. • Ensure proper governance, reporting, and documentation across all project phases. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and foster collaboration in a dynamic environment.What you are like: • Academic background in IT, Management, or a related field, with training in Project Management. • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT project management and team leadership. • Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written) and proficient in English. • Proven experience in project management methodologies (PMI or equivalent), including financial management, scope, stakeholders, risks, and HR resources. • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Project Online, or similar. • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. • Preferably certified in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI, PRINCE2).Why join us: • Work on challenging projects for major international clients. • Gain exposure to digital innovation initiatives in the insurance sector. • Hybrid work model with flexibility. • Define and grow your career plan. • Access continuous training and certifications. • Develop through our internal mobility program. • ... and much more
