We're looking for a Documentation Analyst to join our team.This role sits at the heart of post-trade and risk control activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of trades executed by the business. You'll work closely with Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and other support teams, contributing to a smooth and well-controlled trade lifecycle in a fast-paced international environment. What you'll do:Support post-trade documentation and confirmation processes across a range of financial products.Review trades and related documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.Liaise with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support timely issue resolution.Contribute to meeting regulatory and operational deadlines.Interact with clients and internal stakeholders on documentation-related topics.Support daily operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Build strong working relationships with teams across multiple locations and functions.️ Technical skills you'll bring:Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of financial instruments and markets, particularly derivatives.Understanding of trade lifecycle and post-trade processes.Ability to work with structured documentation and control frameworks.Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment is a plus. Language skills:French – Fluent / Native (mandatory)English – FluentDutch is a strong plus. Soft skills that set you apart:Strong collaboration and communication skills.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities.Comfortable working with diverse, international teams.
