Our mission is to deliver smart, technology-driven, and design-forward accommodations that meet the needs of today's traveler while upholding the highest standards of service.Your roleWe are looking for an Accountant who creates financial transactions and creates financial reports from that information.The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy.Your JourneyCustomers- issue invoices to customers, reconcile incoming payments and prepare weekly collection reports.Suppliers- record A/P invoices and reconcile to existing purchase orders.Prepare payments suggestion form, initiate payment approval cycle and execute accordingly.Reconcile outgoing payments, bank accounts, foreign currency exchange differences and intercompany accounts.Prepare, Reconcile, and book monthly payroll.Prepare statutory forms and reports.Prepare periodic reports according to corporate guidelines and terms.What do you bring to your tripBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting within the Portugal market.NetSuite software experience is a plus.Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.Willingness to take on challenges in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.Flexible, resilient and adaptable to changes.Comfortable in a start-up environment.Please submitt your CV in EnglishDiversity and SustainabilityAt Olala we take pride in cultivating a vibrant and inclusive work environment that celebrates individuality and diversity.
