We are looking for an IAM Specialist to join a cybersecurity team responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of Identity & Access Management solutions.This role plays a key part in ensuring secure access to systems and applications, supporting compliance, risk reduction, and a strong security posture across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain IAM solutions (user lifecycle, access provisioning, deprovisioning)Manage user identities, roles, and access rights across applications and systemsImplement and maintain access control models (RBAC, least privilege)Support authentication and authorization mechanisms (SSO, MFA)Integrate applications with IAM platformsMonitor and resolve IAM-related incidents and access issuesSupport access reviews, recertification campaigns, and auditsContribute to compliance with security and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with IT, security, and business teamsDocument processes, procedures, and IAM standardsRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in Identity & Access ManagementKnowledge of IAM concepts:User lifecycle managementRole-based access control (RBAC)Segregation of Duties (SoD)Experience with IAM tools (e.g. SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak, ForgeRock, One Identity – or similar)Understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAPKnowledge of security best practices and risk managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsLanguage SkillsEnglish: B2Hybrid Work: 2/3x on-site in Lisbon
