DesignRush, a B2B marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact email campaigns across newsletters, automation workflows, and lead nurturing funnels.The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.Our platform offers four key values to users:Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.Awards: Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards.Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies.Trending Brands: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader.We're looking for an Email Marketing Manager whose main goal is to drive engagement and conversion through strategic, data-driven email marketing campaigns. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering value to our audience and generating qualified leads through targeted email workflows.Goals:Build and scale a revenue-generating newsletter and email automation funnelCreate upsell and cross-sell flows tied to user intent and lifecycle stagesUse automation, segmentation, and personalization to increase conversionsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure email tone, brand, and goals alignWe offer GROWTH, job stability, and a work culture that enables our teammates to excel in their careers. This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, execute, and optimize weekly email newsletters and promotional sends, and manage the entire funnelBuild and manage lifecycle automation: onboarding, dormant reactivation, upsell/cross-sellLead segmentation strategies for agencies, brands, and different buyer profilesWork with design/content to ensure compelling creative and UXAnalyze email revenue performance and deliver actionable recommendationsEnsure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulationsREQUIREMENTS:5+ years in email marketing, preferably in B2B or agency/marketplace environmentsProven success building email revenue funnels, ideally with upsell/retention mechanicsExperience in ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or MarketoFluent written/spoken English with strong copy instinctsComfortable with HTML/CSS for minor adjustmentsAvailable between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. ETKnowledge of AI tools and workflow automationsExperience with B2B email automations for eCommerce or marketplace products is a strong plusRECRUITMENT STEPS: Apply via LinkedInHave an intro call with our RecruiterReceive a short testSend back answers + CVHave an interview with our Hiring ManagersGet feedbackWe kindly ask for your CV and all correspondence to be in English.
