Integrity and social responsibility lead our behavior.We dare to be different, ambitious, dream big, and deliver value like no other You will have the opportunity to work with top-level partners in the banking area, insurance, retail, telecommunications, financial services, and so much moreWe are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as an MLOps Engineer.Your Mission Will Be:Deploy and manage machine learning models in production with scalability and reliability in mind;Ensure reproducibility and continuous monitoring across the entire ML lifecycle;Bridge the gap between Data Science, Software Engineering, and DevOps;Automate workflows for model training, validation, and deployment;Maintain high standards for performance, security, and compliance.You Will Need:Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles;Solid programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, and SQL;Experience with model serving tools such as TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, MLflow, Seldon, or BentoML;Proficiency in orchestration and CI/CD platforms like Kubeflow, Airflow, Prefect, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions;Strong knowledge of containerization and infrastructure management with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm;Fluency in Portuguese and residence in Portugal;CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.Would Be Awesome If You Have:BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;Hands-on experience with monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Evidently AI, WhyLabs);Familiarity with experiment tracking tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, Neptune.ai);Exposure to cloud ML services such as AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML.With Us You Can Be a:TechThinker – people who want to re-imagine technology with us;TechSolver – strategic, resilient, and a little bit of a puzzle lover;InnoMinder – inhale innovation, exhale digital transformation;InnoTecher – no words needed.
