Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.Provide technical leadership to the team, guiding architectural decisions and enforcing best practices.Coordinate tasks, distribute responsibilities, and monitor team performance.Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ensure aligned and timely deliveries.Review code, enforce quality standards, and promote continuous improvement.Identify performance issues, bugs, and optimization opportunities.Contribute to the evolution of the architecture and development processes.Requirements4+ years of recent experience in React Native (mandatory).Proven experience as Team Lead or Tech Lead.Strong understanding of mobile concepts: performance, security, lifecycle, native components, etc.Experience with TypeScript, Redux/MobX or other state-management tools.Familiarity with integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.Ability to define and enforce development best practices.Excellent communication, autonomy, and leadership skills.
