We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of proven experience in SEO.Our platform offers four key values to users:Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.Awards: Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards.Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies.Trending Brands: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader.We're looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager with strong project management skills to lead the growth and optimization of our SEO initiatives, coordinating with the team to drive revenue, engagement, and brand awareness.Goals:Achieve best-in-class website optimization to maximize visibility and search engine rankingsContinuously improving SEO-related processes for greater efficiency and scalabilityEstablish the company as a category leader in terms of organic traffic and SEO-driven valueDevelop and execute a best-in-class content strategy that drives sustainable growth and authority.We offer GROWTH, job stability, and a work culture that enables our teammates to excel in their careers.This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.Responsibilities:Create and execute effective, professional-looking SEO strategiesDocument and enforce best practices, processes, and checklistsCreate, set up, track, and optimize SEO campaignsTranslate SEO requirements into clear briefs for the content team and the development teamOversee execution of link, content, and technical strategyRequirements:Over 7 years of SEO experienceExtensive knowledge of SEO best practices and toolsProven experience in project management and team leadershipExcellent English communication skillsDriven to get results and grow with the teamAble to work between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. ETStrong knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, and workflowsRecruitment steps:Receive a short questionnaireSend back answers + CVHave an interview with our RecruiterReceive a short testHave an interview with the Hiring ManagerGet feedbackWe kindly ask for your CV and all correspondence to be in English.
