User Interface Designer

Sybilion builds human-first AI for operational clarity. We cut through trillions of signals (trade flows, macro trends, climate events, competitor moves) to surface the handful that matter—so teams can plan and act with confidence. We're looking for a UI Designer to help us ship a polished, consistent product experience by evolving our Figma component library and design patterns.What you'll doMaintain and improve our existing Figma components library (components, variants, auto-layout).Refine UI elements to ensure quality, consistency, and usability across the product.Create quick, interactive prototypes using existing designs and components.Explore new UI directions and propose improvements to components and patterns.Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to ship clean, production-ready UI.What we're looking forStrong UI fundamentals and sharp attention to visual detail (spacing, type, hierarchy, alignment).Hands-on Figma experience: components, auto-layout, prototyping.Comfort working within (and improving) a design system.Ability to iterate fast, take feedback well, and communicate UI decisions clearly.A portfolio (can be lightweight) that shows UI craft and system thinking.Nice to haveExperience designing B2B SaaS or data-heavy UIs.Accessibility awareness (contrast, states, keyboard flows).Basic understanding of how UI translates to front-end implementation (helpful for handoff).Time commitmentPart-time (20h/week) or full-time (40h/week) availability
