If you're an energetic organizer who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering exceptional events, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute 10+ international events annuallyEngage partners, oversee event logistics, collaborate with stakeholders, and create engaging, high-quality experiences.Community engagementBuild and maintain strategic relationships with schools in our existing network. Identify and establish new partnerships in target regions to support business development initiatives. Lead efforts to involve and inspire high school staff, students, parents, and partners for successful virtual and in-person events.Market insightsGain an in-depth understanding of the regions and markets, providing valuable intelligence to support the sales team in increasing the portfolio of participating universities.Networking and representationRepresent SRT Fairs at conferences and events, extending the network of contacts and promoting our services. Utilize LinkedIn and community groups to network and strengthen professional connections.Travel and leadershipBe the face and voice of SRT Fairs in the target countries. Travel regularly to oversee operations, lead events on-site and virtually, and embody the company's mission and values.Team collaborationWork closely with the SRT Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless planning, promotion, and execution of all events.Data and communications managementMaintain accurate CRM records, execute targeted email campaigns, and coordinate with partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations.Requirements and ExperienceEducationUniversity degree required.Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English (C2 level).
