Commercial Director – PortugalWe are an international, science-driven company operating in the dermocosmetics sector, with a strong presence in the pharmacy channel and a solid reputation for quality, efficacy, and innovation.As part of our growth in Portugal, we are seeking a Commercial Director to lead and accelerate profitable growth across all commercial channels, ensuring strong market execution, brand positioning, and long-term customer relationships.This role holds full responsibility for the commercial P&L, including revenue, margins, investments, and budgets. The Commercial Director will define channel priorities, drive sell-in and sell-out performance, lead national sales teams, and manage key accounts and strategic partners. Close collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and General Management will be essential to deliver sustainable growth and maximize market opportunities.Key requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field• Extensive experience in senior strategic commercial leadership roles (Commercial Director, Sales Director or similar)• Strong background in pharmaceutical, dermocosmetic, healthcare or FMCG environments• Proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and market share• Solid understanding of commercial strategy, key account management, and performance KPIs• Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills• Fluency in EnglishThis is an opportunity to join an international organization with a strong scientific culture and ambitious growth plans in the Portuguese market.If you believe this opportunity matches your profile and expectations, please send us your CV, quoting the reference Commercial Director, to jobs@nevesdealmeida.pt
