We're looking for a Mid Fullstack Developer (Node.js / TypeScript/ ReactJS) with at least 4 years of work experience.Location: Setúbal Region | Hybrid (3–4 days onsite) | Direct Contract with End Client or B2B ContractSalary range: up to 38k / year (Permanent)We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join a product-focused tech company building mission-critical digital platforms used in real operational environments.This role is backend-driven and suited for engineers who value clean architecture, data consistency, and real ownership, working closely with the product and decision-making.Work ModelHybrid: minimum 3 days onsite (up to 4, depending on the team)Setúbal regionOffice presence is required and non-negotiableYour Role (Backend-Focused)Design, build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScriptWork with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, focusing on data modeling, performance, and reliabilityDevelop and maintain RESTful APIsExperience with Frontend JS frameworks like ReactJSCollaborate closely with product and frontend teams, with backend ownershipContribute to architectural decisions and technical improvementsSupport integrations across multiple platforms and systemsWhat We're Looking ForStrong hands-on experience with Node.js (at least 4 years of work experience)Experience with TypeScript in production environmentsSolid knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQLExperience designing and consuming APIsComfortable working in a product team with on-site collaborationPragmatic mindset: build, improve, iterateNice to have:Experience with PythonFamiliarity with structured backend frameworks (e.g. NestJS)Exposure to cloud environmentsRecruitment ProcessIntroductory conversation with technical validation (sourcing and profile alignment - recruiter)Client analysis for possible client meetingClient meeting (team & product fit)Offer & onboardingWe are committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace, where people are valued for their skills, experience, and perspective.
