Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager Expert (IAM / IGA)

We are looking for a Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager Expert to join an international team and work on strategic Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA) projects in a regulated corporate environment. Your missionConfigure and maintain Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager, including workflows, provisioning/deprovisioning, recertification, entitlements, role modeling, and the central identity repositoryConfigure and administer connectors to external systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRIS, ERP, and business applicationsAutomate and integrate workflows using scripting and APIs (PowerShell, CLI, REST)Provide operational support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and maintenanceProduce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer and training activitiesParticipate in IAM/IGA projects, ensuring access governance, compliance, and reportingCollaborate closely with IT, Security, HR, and Business teams in an international environmentWork within an 8-person team, reporting to Team Leads in Lisbon and coordinating with a Product Owner based in Lausanne What we are looking forMaster's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldProven experience with Usercube and/or Netwrix Identity Manager (or a similar IAM/IGA solution)Strong expertise in:Access Governance / IAM / IGARole and entitlement modelingRecertification and complianceHands-on experience with AD / LDAP / HR systems / ERP integrationsSkills in scripting and automation (PowerShell, REST APIs, CLI)Knowledge of SQL Server (2016+)Experience in on-premise and SaaS environmentsStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skillsTeam-oriented, service-minded, and able to work autonomously LanguagesEnglish: B2 (mandatory)French: not required What we offerInternational and technically challenging projectsLong-term engagement in a stable environmentCollaborative team with strong technical ownershipHybrid working model based in Lisbon
