We are looking for a Quality Assurance Test Analyst to join our QA team and ensure high-quality software delivery. The professional will be integrated into a project team or agile squad, contributing to testing activities across the full software development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain software testing methodologies and best practicesDefine test plans and contribute to test strategy designAnalyze functional requirements and design manual and automated test casesExecute functional tests (manual and automated)Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring proper validation and closureCollaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholdersRequirementsDegree in Information Technologies, Systems Analysis and Development, Management, or a related field2–3 years of experience in a similar QA or Functional Testing roleExperience with manual and automated testing toolsKnowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologiesFamiliarity with BDD conceptsSoft SkillsStrong communication skillsTeam-oriented mindsetAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesGood time management and prioritization skillsAbility to negotiate and align expectations with stakeholdersLanguagesPortugueseEnglish B2 minimumWhat we offerIntegration into challenging and innovative projectsCollaborative and agile work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and continuous learning
